Sometimes you're in a no-win situation with bullies. Often no matter how much you win in battles, sometimes the war is lost anyway. I could have indicated the school didn't even know Manny was in the hospital. But, if you've ever spent an extended period of time hospitalized, you'll know that any distraction is welcome.
