  1. Love and best thoughts to all of those (us/we?) who found something within Comacality’s contribution. He will be missed 💐

Although I wasn’t confused by football being soccer, @Summerabbacat is right, it still quite rare to have a soccer match on the tv in Oz, unless it’s pay-per-view. My family are/were cricket fans, and my brothers both played union and league, both through school and in clubs across the district; my mother was the president of our local junior cricket club, so I was obliged to play to keep numbers up. I’ll still head out to one or two games as a spectator now, as it’s a great way to have some beers in the sun and start the summer tan. I love Keith and Thomas @Robert Hugill, you are opening up their personalities very well, look forward to more!
  3. I freak out more about the cobwebs than the spiders. And I haven’t seen a snake for years ☺️
  4. Loving the stories Bill, and am glad Ricky is having a great time here in Oz! Braver than I am, doing the bridge climb! I went to a wedding earlier this year at the Opera House, such a stunning venue, and so very special on our magnificent harbour. Onto Book 6!
  5. Oh gosh, Bill, you aren’t from Penrith, are you?
  6. As a senior high school student, I would have been horrified/terrified to have been told I being billeted in Penrith; as a 45 yo, I either avoid it or ensure the car doors are locked if I ever have to drive through 😐 Methinks Ms Van Cott is up to no good.
  7. I’ve been waiting for the cell phones!!!
  8. Bill, you did it again! I’m in love with the Currie’s. When Josh was shot, I kept thinking ‘tell the bio-kids!!!’, then you covered it off a bit later than I needed… and I think you called Robert ‘Scott’ at some stage, which threw me slightly. We need the grandkids back! Alright, onward we go, well done.

    Chapter 1

Hi Andy, I love the way you write, this was a great story. I’ll be thinking about it for a while to come.
  10. I’m still finding my way around GA, but Castaway was one of the first to go onto my ‘read later’ list. I’ve just consumed it today, and I just LOVE Josh and all of the boys… I should try and get some good sleep so I a tackle the next story. Thanks Bill!

    Chapter 1

Grew up in the Hunter, summer hols anywhere from central to mid-north coast for years! Shopping with Christmas monies at Erina Fair was a BIG deal 😂

    Chapter 1

What a cliffhanger, better than Summer Bay!! And do you know, I’d completely forgotten about Erin’s Fair! I haven’t been there for over 25 years… thanks for the memory burst!

    Chapter 1

I’m unsure whether I want to be Tom, and rescue Michael, or be Michael, and be rescued by Tom. Truly a heartwarming miracle story, thank you xx
