Young-friends section was removed in the new site. Adult-youth also. They "promised" to keep the old site "in the foreseeable future" but who knows what that means.
My problem (and I guess it's many other Nifty readers' problems too) is that all we can see is a story title, no other information unless we click into the story and see who the author is (and sometimes if it is in HTML format, there won't be any author information at all.) So when you post a new story there, unless we have other ways to know it is your story, it is likely to be missed.
Nifty (the old site) is not very restrict, but they did remove stories if they got complaints (and usually wouldn't investigate or verify before removing). So I stopped posting there a long time ago (but I still appreciate them for providing a space like that). Another place which is even more open is PZA stories (https://pza.dk) they accept many more different genres of boy stories, including some very dark and extreme (death) contents. But they will edit the story in their way before posting on the site (and it would usually take a long time).
As for the new Nifty site... sigh, I don't want to talk about it anymore.
Thanks for the info.
