While I think these laws are meant to protect children, and I can never agree with an adult having sex with a child, I do think that some of the laws regarding consensual sex are ridiculous. Obviously, it is a lot harder for a child to say no to an adult, especially an authority figure, and whether it is consensual or not I

I'll have to check out Nico and Dani. Never seen that one. I just watched a movie called 'the Sandlot.' I really liked it, and another one I remember to be really good is 'A time to kill' that one gets to me every time. It doesn't hurt that Matthew Mcconaughey is in it, either.

Sounds like the evil writer's block bug! :wacko: I always work on other stuff when that happens to me, or if I can't piece together a story the way I want it I'll move onto the next chapter and then go back. It seems like the hardest part of writing a story is that first chapter, so many a times I write the second chapter first. At least, that's what works for me. Good luck to you! Smiles, Dom

Depends what kind of mood I'm in and where I'm going. Boxer-briefs for work because added support is a good thing, boxers for every day stuff and then on the days when underwear makes me feel claustrophobic its commando all the way. Never, ever wore a thong, though. No butt-floss for me.

I recently saw The Grudge (I know, I'm late) it was pretty creepy. That little kid doing the cat thing still has me freaked out. I noticed that there were a few horror movie buffs in here, I like scary movies but I prefer suspense to gore, and I think I like comedy best. Just about anything with Adam Sandler in it, I'll go see. So what kind of movies are you guys watching and why? And has anyone seen or heard of any good gay flicks lately?

Sounds like mixed signals from your friend there. Maybe if he acts homophobic around you (joking or otherwise) you can hint that it makes you uncomfortable and see how he reacts to that. I've never actually read the hardy boys. Now I feel left out. I'll have to go book shopping and see what I'm missing. Myr, do you have the names of those books for gay teens? I'm trying to add to the list of info I've got going to send to my younger readers. And, I'm curious to know what type of content is in stories that underage readers should be reading. I've been fooling around with some story ideas, but my usual stuff is more adult so I don't know. And I have sort of um, a potty mouth, as my mother calls it. Anyways, the names of any stories that I could recommend and not get into too much trouble for would be helpful. Smiles, Dom

I agree. Use caution and give it time. It sounds like youre still trying to figure out who you are. Your friend seems like a great guy. And, you probably hate hearing it but you're still young. My advice is to figure out your feelings before you try to figure out his. Maybe it would help to find a guidance councilor who you can trust, or talk to your teacher again and let her know how you're feeling about all of this.
