*hugs* I'm doing better. Tomorrow is shopping and a lunch for my girl's birthday so I'll be gone for most of tomorrow so I need to finish off this chapter and a few other things before I bed down for the night. I'm also cuddling a kitty (read the featured story and needed the cuddle darn it) and making sure my chapter is flowing alright. I still have a few chapters to write on this request fic but I'll be done with it soon enough. Tomorrow will be fun though. So much fun...really.

I need to write words...but here I am. Sniffling into my cats fur at this story. I feel sorry that they lost all those years to homophobia and bigotry but I am glad that in the end they were finally together once again. ❤️

First of all: Life, can you not? Please? Between the antibiotics mussing my what little sleep schedule I have, my friend got some bad news. But we're all alive. *snorts* I saw a murder just this morning. Miracle chirped at them while Artemis purred in my lap. So a normal Monday. Tea is a lovely thing. Ooh, visiting grandkids. Sounds like a good time. I hope it was/is fun. I've been trying to write. Falling asleep over a keyboard means it didn't happen. Hope the last few days have treated everyone else well!

I can tell you that when I started this story I wanted to go with a more "family falls apart fully" kind of approach but as I wrote this, I just found that it didn't fit for what I wanted from it. So I changed the direction around this chapter and I'm glad I did. I'm glad that you enjoy this! And I hope to have more christmas stories up for you this coming holiday.

I'm alive! *flops* I need to do a few things (doing a status update about those things) and jaw is feeling better. I've been doing things on discord for my mod positions (funs) and enjoying myself. Like writing and drinking tea. *smiles*

Unfortunately heat isn't the best for me right now cause any pain causes a flare of swelling at first. So light doses of ibu ever 6 hours or so, and some ice until the swelling goes down. Then I can heat if need be.

Has anyone discovered how to create new bodies that work yet? No? Darn... Hope life is treating everyone well! I'll pop up again probably tomorrow. Jaw is throwing fits so I'm taking Ibu every few hours right now. And just resting in general.

Aww, thank you. I'm hoping to post the next chapter sometime today (after I get home from my docs appointment) and then the next chapter sometime tomorrow. It means a lot that you enjoy this.

I just wanted to respond to this for anyone else who stumbles across this story, I am not a teacher. I've been a caretaker for a long time now but I have learned how to impart information and I will be playing with this again at a later date. I need to write some more since I lost all of my other files in a flashdrive reformat.

I decided to go into a deeper look as to what I'm doing for the next little while and what each story comes from and when it should be on the schedule. For the rest of August: 1) I am going to post my Drabble a Day (Prompt Me, Prompt Me Week 1 will come out sometime tomorrow. Week 2 shall come out on the 2nd of September. Thus I need to edit and post it up in the next few days to get that pre-scheduled. Each week will be scheduled for a Monday so I don't have to worry about it. 2) Snowfall, Fires, and Family chapter 4 is in moderation. You can find the story here. I have 5 more chapters yet to post so I'm going to post a chapter a day as long as I remember to. For September: 1) I am going to work on posting my various stories that you can see down below with some information on how long it is. But I do have to set up my schedule around my weekly drabble posting so that's going to be fun. Really. 2) I am also going to start working on rewriting a longer romance story. I'm somewhere around chapter 8 out of something. Not sure since it's been a while. For October: Expect me to might blog on PrepTober since I have no idea what I'm going to write. Fanfiction or Originals, no idea. *shrugs* For November: NaNoWriMo. Yep. That's it. That insanity. Year 11. Heed the warnings when I get to posting that story. 2018 Halloween Story A Christmas Letter: A short story that is somewhat connected to Retail and Supernatural series. I took a nap. Now I'm going to write my drabble for the day, and continue to edit. I've been doing a leprechaun marathon since this morning. I forgot how cheesy this is but it's still good. *also has all 6 movies on DVD to watch whenever she pleases but likes to watch tubi tv* Hmmm...I should watch Pumpkinhead next. I have 1, 3, and 4. 2 is a pain to find since it's not really published any more.

I told her it made me feel better about my own writing. She sent it to me to distract. This fic is on fanfiction and it's...oh god. All the bad in one fic. Could not finish a chapter. *shudders*

You got things done, despite the sleeping issues. That's a good thing. I am editing. Trying hard not to cringe at a badly written Harry Potter/GOT fic that my friend inflicted on me to make sure she wasn't seeing things.

I'm actually awake and going to read up on what I missed in the few hours that I got sleep for. And actually get some words done. I'm thinking I might do a blog post today to.

Ouch. I hope they get better sooner rather than later.
