Thanks Lee!
I'm not sure we should condemn Wally and Clara completely. They're really not dealing with all the information here. As far as they know, Zach is straight, in which case they probably see Will as a predator trying to 'convert' their son. It will be interesting to see if they can make the leap in logic understanding all that will require.
Too funny (fireworks). I already did the mea culpa on the potty sex. I think that Frank didn't tell Zach about going to Claremont on the phone because he knew they didn't have time for a lengthy argument. Zach treats Frank with respect (and sincerely does respect him) so regardless, if Frank asked Zach to go, he'd go.
You know, you make a really good point about the restroom. If this was on a chartered plane, that would be a reasonable course of action, but since it isn't, there would have been a bedroom for them to steal. Definitely my inattention to that detail...but to make myself feel better, I'll note that the end result would have been the same: Marc and Brad would have still had to go back there and brave the snickering of their relatives.
Thanks for the review! I agree with you that this is probably Wally and Clara's last chance to repair things with Zach, or at least this whole counseling endeavor is. And I think that it will be hard for them to repair things if Zach isn't honest with them about his relationship with Will.
I'm not sure how explicit I was about Zach's filing to add Frank as a guardian, but if I recall, I think he reached a detente with Wally and Clara, and presumably he backed off on that move. Looks like that was a bad call.
I think Zach is rightly skeptical, since the approach your suggesting requires Wally and Clara to look at this logically, something they have yet to do.
I agree, and I think that JP's point was spot on. I also think Stef was right. Zach is mad at Wally and Clara for how he treats him, yet he hasn't really exposed the person he really is to them.

“Dude, these offices are kick ass,” Zach said, as we walked into Browne & Hardwicke, the law firm Sean worked for. He walked over to the huge windows and stared out at the city, while I told the receptionist we were here to see Sean.
I walked over and stood next to him. “This will work out alright.”
“No, it won’t,” he said. “No matter what happens, things are totally fucked up.”
“Have you talked to Bre

With the action over, it was time to take stock of the situation, and to find out how big the bill for this victory was. Granger stood there briefly, holding Blayney’s hands, then remembered Eastwyck, and hurried over to him. He rolled Eastwyck out of the scuppers, and saw the blood staining his chest. “Here, my lord, let us get him below,” one of the loblolly boys said. They picked him up, eliciting a yelp of pain from Eastwyck.

“Hayes, Coach wants to see you,” Gehrlich said. The other guys looked at me nervously, wondering if I was in trouble, but I just shrugged. I hadn’t done anything wrong, at least that the coach knew about. It was 9:15am, and if I were going to make it to my next class, I’d have to hurry. I hustled over to the athletic department and found him in his office.
“You wanted to see me, Coach?”
Thank you! I think 17 is a tough age. Wally and Clara are probably freaking out that their little boy is off in a world they have no control over, while Zach is at the point where he wants to be in control of his own life.
Thanks Maarten. I think you misread that part about Will at dinner, or maybe I wasn't as clear as I could have been. Marc was struggling, embarrassed to talk about what happened, so Will stepped in and did it for him. Brad noticed the visual exchanges between Will and Marc, with Marc asking Will to do that non-verbally.
What a great observation, that people are often much different after they recover from an abusive relationship. If that is true, we haven't really met Marc yet.
From what Peebles said, we can gather that Wally and Clara are worried that Zach is being influenced by a homosexual (Will), but I haven't heard that they've accused Zach of being gay.
Thanks for the review...excellent as usual.
I agree with your observation on church counselors, and that was certainly the case with Peebles. His emphasis on scriptures was illustrative of that.
