I make friends with whoever wants to befriend me, and am equally comfortable around guys and girls, gay or straight. One side does have advantages over the other though. Gay guys are obviously less likely to be uncomfortable or ask dumb philosophical questions ("Is being gay a choice?") when I discuss my love life, but straight men play WAY fewer games, and tend to be less cliquey and pretentious in general. I like that easygoing nature. Plus, there's no chance that the friendship will be threatened by us having sex. A lot of gay men won't even look at you if they don't want to f**k you (sometimes the only reason why they want to be friends), and will be downright rude in a social setting.

I think I'm the dopeman of Warcraft. I've gotten 3 friends, 2 boyfriends, and 2 one-night-stands hooked on the game lol. But anyway, I've got a Troll Shaman, Juarez, on the Quel'dorei server. I've tried every class in the game but I like Shamans the best because they can do almost everything: dps melee, damage spells, healing (my spec)...not tanking but that's not my style anyway. They might not be as good at any one thing as a focused class, but through talents they can come pretty close while still able to do the other 2. The biggest thing they lack as casters is an area of effect spell, but I have access to bombs as an engineer. Here's my armory link. Show me what'chu got. I'm normally not a fan of manga (I still get tripped up by the right-to-left layout), but I really loved the Barefoot Gen series. It deals with the aftermath of the Hiroshima bombing from the POV of an 8-year-old boy. Reminded me of the Maus series in the way it showed the atrocities of World War 2 in a cartoony fashion. As for anime, call me a mainstream whore if you want but my favorite anime movies are Cowboy Bebop, Princess Mononoke, and Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Yes I prefer action to the cutesy stuff most of the time :sword:

My studio apartment is a mess, I won't even lie. I have a habit of throwing whats on my bed on the floor when I'm ready to go to sleep and it kind of sits there for awhile. The only thing I'm really anal about is my writing. I always have at least two copies of everything I write (either two files or a handwritten copy and a file) because I've lost things before and yeah, that sucks. Badly.

..Well that's what I tell people. Name's Brad, and I've been lurking here forever and figured I'm pop out of the shadows for once. Most of my writing influences come from comic books and tabletop roleplaying, so my stories tend to have a supernatural twist yet I avoid making them extremely angsty. One quirk I have though is that I don't like to post stories one chapter at a time. I have a habit of changing my mind on key details later on, which means I have to go back to earlier chapters to change things around. So I won't be posting stories as frequently, but when I do, you get the whole thing. Don't be a stranger...
