What if Mark sneaks by a Jacob instead of a Jake? Maybe there can be a Jacob who is friends with Bobby Carrswold in the nursery. -
Just one cameo, basically. Mark essentially wrote JJ off into a "happily ever after" with his New York City romantic comedy life. Well, what passes for happy with JJ. Lol I'm happy Mark let JJ go off and finally have a relatively stable, good life right now.

Meanwhile JJ gets more of the vindictive passive aggressive bitch. He wouldn't get someone whacked, but he will put out a scheme to humiliate someone if he thinks they crossed him.

I would assume it has to be Tiffany. She's his mother. It's also been hinted that while she doesn't have Danfield money, she does likely have Carrswold level money left by her grandparents, which would make Wade trust her more.

I grew up on the East Coast and it was fun to re-live the blackout. As well as JJ being such a crab about it. LOL

I'm assuming JJ is pissy because while he wants to act like it is, the condo isn't actually his, so he can't really bitch about his relatives using using the place as they see fit. I mean, JJ will be 18 in a couple of CAP months so maybe he could look into dipping into his trust fund money for a place. Or maybe whatever sponsorship money he has left? He likes expensive clothes but he doesn't own real estate or a car so he can't be burning too hard through cash.

You have to understand that myself and Daisy really worked a lot on JJ's career. We had his timeline figured out to 2006 as JJ sought to get himself on the cover of a Wheaties box.

I'd go with Burberry. Lol Anyway, I personally think Mark has done a really good job of slowly but surely inching JJ into some maturity. JJ at 18 is not the same kid he was at 15. It's slow progress, but I love where Mark has put JJ in 2004.

Okay, @Mark Arbour, you have to enjoy the Twilight Zone reference here. The idea of Will being Billy Fremont is pretty hilarious. LOL Like, what if Billy Fremont was a handsome, tall, Malibu teenager from a rich family instead? Like now I can see a conversation between Stefan and JP where they admit they don't actually like Will, but they're terrified of him and don't want to be put into the cornfield. LOL For what it's worth, I think Will does manage to chill out a bit by the time he's 17.

I know. I remember one time there was a fan who seemed to think that I was a huge influence on Mark to the point I was dictating the story and I was like, "No, Mark at the end of the day does what Mark wants to do." If I had that much pull we would already be seeing Riley Danfield as a college student in 2018. Lol

I mean, that's just generally true. Good-looking people just get treated better, whether they deserve it or not. I read Warren Beatty's biography once and it basically could have been called "I'm An Insufferable Asshole People Can't Stand, but I Was Once Hot So It's Okay."

I mean, you do have a point there. We have never had Darius do a POV chapter, and there's a lot we don't know about him. One thing I didn't expect was Mark was writing JJ as having a surprisingly good moral code to him, at least what we're seeing of JJ at the age of 18. I was not expecting that. I thought JJ would develop into a male version of Veda from Mildred Pierce given being massively spoiled and his general haughty detachment from people. Also, his biological mother had some very Veda like characteristics. But nope, JJ's actually got a moral compass to him. It doesn't make him any less of a bitch, but it's there. LOL -
