Hello Everyone, First I want to apologize for my long absence. As I have said in man posts and conversations these last few years I have, in addition to working full time, have been taking care of an elderly, sick, relative. This relative passed away in February. Since then I have been assisting my mother and aunt in getting her final affairs settled. Despite the sadness of m relatives passing my life has reached a period of calm and I am happy to say that I have started writing again, slowly but surely. I plan to focus on Indiana Summer until the story is complete, then Max and Josh, and while I do not yet have a firm date as to when I will have a new chapter out to you it is my goal to have one within the next month. I want to encourage you all to please go and mark the Indiana Summer Discussion thread for updates as I will be making posts there concerning the story and my progress in writing. best wishes, Owl

Hello All, I know some of you have been looking forward to my upcoming chapter of Indiana Summer for a very long, unreasonably so, time. I want to apologize for all of the delays and set backs. I recently suffered yet another one in the form of a computer glitch that seriousl corrupted the file I was working. I have been having to reconstruct the chapter bit by bit from memory. I have also been pulling mandatory over time hours at work and getting very little sleep. I know I have said this before but i will say it again. Indiana Summer WILL CONTINUE!!!! Just as soon as I am able. I actually plan to focus on this story exclusively until it is complete. I want to thank you all for sticking with me. I promise that it will not be in vain. Hello Everyone, As I mentioned in my last post I have been on a hiatus due to family issues and work issues. It saddens me to say that I am going to have to extend it. In addition to working full time I am also a care giver to elderly grandmother. Unfortunatly her health has taken a further down turn and much of my free time hs devoted to her assisting my mother,( who is her primary caregiver), in taking care of her. I won't go into too many details but she will be having major surgery in the coming week. I am writing every chance I can and I had hoped to have the newest chapter of Indiana Summer out this month but I do not believe that I am going to be able to do so. Family, of course, wil always come first but I cannot help but feel bad that it is taking me so long to get a chapter out. I know there are many of you that enjoying reading my stories as much as I enjoy writing them it pains me that it takes me so long to get work out for you. I hope and pray that yall will stick with me. I will be back, my stories will continue. I promise. best, Owl.

The part with Mark and Tom is one of my favorite sections to write as well, it's a different relationship that Max and Josh. I don't know how well Mark is going to react to Tom's news either but we'll have to see. Max's run in with Tim will have some negative side effects...I can't go into details though. Hey Lisa, it's always good to see you. I am glad that you took the time to read through the previous chapters to get caught. I am trying to make it to where that isn't an issue lol. It is a bit coincidental that Tim is working in the same hotel but well within the realm of possibilities. I was worried about Max's reaction, if it was real enough. I mean what he went through was very traumatic, but he has dealt with it and it has been some time since it happened. I've tried to write Max as a more centered person but I was worried anyway. I can't give you exact details but either Max's mom or Mark will have some words Mr.Tim...stay tuned. I am very sorry that it took me so long to update this story and I promise that it won't be as long in coming. yes I did see the video, it's cute. I don't think he fits Max though, Max is beefier. I do my best with my stories, putting everything into them that I can. I think the fact that you refereed to it as 'inspiring' is one of the highest compliments I've received. I want to assure you that Indiana Summer has not ended. I have been forced to take a small hiatus due to some family issues. Indiana Summer though, along with the rest of my stories, will continue. I also wanted to point out, for piece of mind, that Candy didn't actually succeed in raping Billy. She did come quite close. As to her motives, and any involvement of Mr. Templeton, I can't comment. All will be eventually revealed though. I think a lot of people feel like you do about Mr.Templeton. They hate him but still enjoy what he brings the story. At least that is how I feel about him. I'm very glad that you have enjoyed the Walker angle, there have been a few people that I have heard form that have found it to be unrealistic. Hello all, As any of you who follow my stories know I've been very erratic in my posting this last year. This is mainly due to the fact that I have been living with my Grandmother in order to take care of her. I am sorry to say that on Thanksgiving she had a minor fall and her mobility has been set back. Due to her difficulties getting around I've been having to assist her more than usual. Also due to short staffing at work I've been mandated to work overtime since the last part of November and for the rest of December. Working six night a week and caring for my grandmother during the day have left me with very little to no time to write. Because of this I've decided that I need to take a short break. January should bring some changes, both at home and at work so I am going to use December to take a small Hiatus. I swear that Indiana Summer and Max and Josh WILL continue and WILL be finished. I swear that I will not disappear and leave my work unfinished. I am going to take this time off and use it to catch on replying to the backed up reviews on my stories and attempt to return to being more active here at GA. If any of you would like to you are free to send me messages here or on my email account and I will be more than happy to send you emails when the stories will be updated. I also want to encourage you to follow the discussion threads for Indiana Summer and Max and Josh as I will also post updates there as well. I promise that this is not a goodbye.
