Hey Fleeting, it's good to hear from you. I'm sorry that it has taken me so long to get back to your review. I don't know whats going on but I'm not getting updates. Mark has been the proverbial kicked puppy for awhile now. But every dog has it's day as it were. Max's family may be a bit idealized but I like it this way. Paul (the friend of Franks dad) is an interesting character, you just haven't seen much of him yet. I'm glad you've enjoyed the chapter and I look forward to hearing from you in the future. best. Owl

Hello Benji, always a pleasure. I don't mean to be a tease...and really didn't mean to post the story three times lol. I know it has been too long and I apologize. William with an evil agenda...very very interesting. I can't confirm or deny the suspicions about the horse feed though. Mothers usually are so very intuitive I wouldn't be surprised if she did know about the boys. I love hearing your speculations though, I just wish that I could be more...forthcoming, as to some of them. I promise though that it will wall come out in the wash. best Owl

Wildone, it's so good to hear from you. Everyone suspects William, I'm so glad that I made him...suspicious enough lol. It would be interesting if Mr. Murphy and William were in cahoots...one would wonder to what end though. As for William allowing the horses to remain..that is actually something that hasn't been brought up before. If it's something you wanted to get some opinions on you could bring it up in the forum thread. I think the speculation could be very interesting to hear. I'll do my best to get more work out in the future more quickly. Best, Owl

Hell Sweet,(if I can call you that). All of my work will continue, even if it takes me a bloody millennium. I'm glad that you've enjoyed the story and I thank you for your compliment. I look forward to hearing more from you in the future. Best Owl

Hello KevinD, good to see you again. William is a bot on the crazy side but I'm not sure if he'd be THAT crazy...but maybe. I'm glad you liked the chaoter. Best, and you're welcome. Owl

Hello Ninecilia, good to meet you. I hope that you enjoyed the chapter, and will continue to. best Owl

Nephylim, DARLING it's been too long. Everyone should worry be worried about Williams behavior, simply because it's so far outside his ordinary behavior. Sadly though I can't let on as to if it's good or bad. Sam is like most women in the world...they usually are right even when you want them to be wrong, while she does make a good point you have to wonder if it's applicable to this situation. Of course David as to defer to Elder, he was there first after all. it's good to hear from you Nephy, best Owl

Hey Pipo, good to see you again. It may take forever but this story will be finished, come hell or high water as my grandmama would say. I'm glad that you've enjoyed it though. best Owl

Hello Terry, nice to see you. I'm glad that you enjoyed the chapter. I worry about William finding the guys together too, I just wish they'd take that threat seriously too (don't you hate it when your characters develop minds of their own). Annie is a smart one though I'm not entirely sure what she's got going on or what she knows. I hope to hear from you again in the future and I'll work on it as fast as I can. best Owl

Hello Remijay, good to see you. Thanks for pointing out the triple copy...I'm not sure what's causing that. William is acting strange indeed, very strange. it would be so wonderful if he was warming up to David and the idea of him sticking around. I'm looking forward to seeing where that's going as well. I'm glad you enjoyed the level of detail I put into the chapter. You know how much I enjoy being detailed. i promise that I'll work faster from here on in and hopefully get the chapters out to you faster. Best, Owl

Drunk off you ass: Seriously, didn't know it was possible
NightOwl88 replied to W_L's topic in The Lounge
I've actually heard of this once before, (thanks to my former stepfather), back in the 90's caused the death of some moron who tried it. I've been trying to find the report but haven't been able to just yet. You'd be pretty surprised the number of alternate means for getting alcohol/drugs into you're system. The most bizarre one I've come across is women inserting cocaine into their vaginas...I've got to find the report on that one as well. -
Sensitivity to paranormal happenings runs in my family, as it seems to do for a lot of others. I'd be here all night if I were to recount the numerous stories that I was raised on from my families experience so I'll just relate a few of mine. When i was younger I did a paper route with my cousin, she would drive and I would be int he back seat rolling the papers up to be put in the box. One night her sister in law came with us and while we were sitting in the driveway of this house (I should mention that our paper route was out in the middle of no where that this drive way was about a mile long with a field on one side and woods on the other and the mail box was half down the drive way on the woods side). Anyway we had just put the paper into the box when both me and her sister in law heard, very clearly, a little girls voice say hello. My cousin claims not have heard it but I remember her being very pale and driving a little faster than she really should have down those country roads after that. Another one happened to me more recently. I was at work ( I work in a group home) and I was killing time on my kindle fire while I waited for my relief to come in. I was watching netflix when very clearly I heard a raspy voice, like some whispering, the word HEY into my ear. One of my co-workers was standing near by so I looked to her and asked if she had said anything but she was just going to ask me the same thing. She heard the sound but not the word. I've had several other odd experiences over the years but nothing that I'll mess with chronicling. best yall, Owl

Hey Fleeting, You're not the first person to feel that way concerning Frank. I did a poor job of explaining Frank as being a bit of a hot head who doesn't always think things through before doing something stupid. For me it's always been a toss up as to who I felt worse for, Max or Josh. Best Owl

What's up Fleeting its good to see you. Yes Josh is finally in one some of Max's dirty laundry lol. Max, at this point, is too proud to tell Josh himself but it needed to be addressed someway, so enter mom. I'm glad you enjoyed, Best, Owl

Hey Fleeting, good to see you again, Of course you do, have you not read my work before lol. Max, Josh, Frank, and Kylie are a good little quartet; I thik they might be one of the best groups that I've put together. Kylie has to have a few growing pains, new girl in a new area after all; assumptions have to be made. I wrote James to be scary so I'm glad it's working, like I said; we'll see more of him. It took me longer to bring Frank's life into the story that I first thought it would but other plot's needed to be addressed first. I'm glad that you've enjoyed it though. best, Owl.

Nice to see you again Fleeting, I'm glad that you liked the chapter. James...that boy could quite possibly be the darkest character I've written to date. Remember him as we'll be seeing him in the future. Best, Owl

New student, old friend
NightOwl88 commented on NightOwl88's story chapter in New student, old friend
Hello Fleeting, I'm glad you like Kylie, she's actually a pretty representation of a very good friend of mine. I always intended for Frank to come to his senses if you will but I felt that I really did need to some drama from someone close to the main couple. There will of course be plenty of bumps along the way, it would be boring if there wasn't. Thank you again, best, Owl. -
Hey Fleeting, sorry it's taken me so long to reply. There was a lot going on in chapter 7 I agree, almost too much if you ask certain people. At some point they will have that talk as they do need it. I'm glad that you like that both parties have supportive parents. I've worried from time to time that I perhaps made them too supportive to be believable but the reverse seems to be the consensus here. best and thanks, Owl

Hello Lin, good to see you again. Once again I'm sorry for making you cry. You're quite right actually. Wolves are far from the monsters that many people have you believe. They are quite docile animals except in instances of defense or in Pack matters. I'm glad you enjoyed the story and I look forward to hearing from you int he future. best Owl

Hello Celethiel, good to see you. I apologize again for almost making someone cry. I'm glad that you enjoyed wolf so much. It was a story that meant a lot to me to write. Perhaps a bit unrealistic but I enjoyed it. Best Owl
