Observing Ainsley - Stories

Lucy couldn't help but feel something was missing, despite her marriage to the sweetest, most loving man she knew and her young son, Charlie. However, what that something is, she couldn't put her finger. Her search for answers took her down the road of adultery, a road that provided no answers, at least until she became friends with Ainsley, the wife of one of her lovers.

Her relationship with Ainsley forced her to face the feelings she hid from herself since adolescence. Both women have to reckon with their duty to their children and families with their love for each other in a small conservative town in rural 1970's America.
