Jake is a popular high school student that couldn't be more lonely. Nic is a prickly loner with a dark past. The two couldn't be more different on the surface, and initially clash. An encounter between them changes everything, whether they want it to or not.
Alcoholism, drug use, mental health (ADHD/anxiety/panic disorder/PTSD), domestic abuse, mentions of rape, and eventual date rape. Lots of sex and mentions of sex between minors (16+). I try to keep it light when I can and vague during descriptions of non-con, but this will get graphic if you're at all sensitive to these topics.
