Yes, it’s a shifter RomCom… well, at least at first it is, but then everything turns belly up. But hey, you know me, some psychological drama, darker elements and graphic violence always creep into my stories.

Wordy, complex, clever and fascinating.  Requires concentration and a determination to finish -  but well worth doing so.

A unique take on were-creature, vampire and witch universe. From the start, characters and pacing draw the reader in and ensures audience remains engaged.

What happens when you have shifters, witches, and vampires all at odds with each other, when a young man, seemingly from nowhere, suddenly appears and is tossed into the mix? Enthralling, hard-to-put-down reading. It reminds me of the old song, Dont Stop Me Now!!!

What a great story bringing together wolf shifters, witches and vampires and their waring leaders. You will read about battles, deaths, scares, possible no-win situations and surprises. You will remain challenged and worried for the ones you grow to really like.

Disguised by Mr. Poignet as a shifter rom-com this is actually a lot more.

Had me searching for Big... a couple times when the author took some time off! 

Setting is curiously in the now and long in the past. Hints towards the mythical.

Two main characters, one knowing his path in life the other absolutely lost. You can see as we realize that dynamic is changing their feelings are also.

The ensemble of this cast is folded into the story like preparing a delicate dough! 

You reeled me in and kept the line tight Jack!

 

Good Entertainment.

Great Storytelling.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to review! I swear I wanted to write a RomCom… and Act 1 could indeed be considered one. Then the story itself took over… Weird mix, I know, but that’s the way the story wanted to go 🤷‍♂️
