New life in Raynerbrook

Raynerbrook is a town in the middle of nowhere, to everyone else, it seems like a normal, if not quite boring town. But to the teenage boy that just moved there with his family, something doesn't feel right. Supernatural energies seem to envelop the town, and all manner of things lurk in the darkness, and sometimes in the light.
My first "Real" attempt at writing a story. I started one once before, but didn't have the motivation to continue it, despite getting good reviews. I plan on writing something a... little different from the stuff i've read. I'm a huge, HUGE fan of horror and science fiction so i thought i'd have a go. It's very much a work in progress, and will be coming up with ideas as i go along, so constructive criticism is very important! Hope you enjoy it :)
