Seasoned to Taste - 2. ... and more....

Tasty Treats

The menu is extensive here

there's food and forty kinds of beer,

between the pickles and the wings

they often offer other things

to feast and lick on, so I hear.

A rhythmic pulse their puppeteer;

lights flash about the spinning sphere,

the beat reverberates, hips swing,

the menu is extensive here.

Sweat beads, breath hot against an ear,

adventurous nips, bodies rear

when wet tongues sample salty drinks

and gleaming eyes cast sultry winks;

I calm my thrashing heart, oh dear,

the menu is extensive here.

Body Rub

If it ain't

makin' you sweat babe,

then maybe it's just not hot

enough to hit the perfect spot yet;

and you'll want to throw together a sweet and

spicy rub then massage it into

some delicious tenderloin.

From there, how to serve,

is up to

you.

Salt and Pepper

Seasoned: tiny wrinkles around the eyes,

and chestnut-brown became salt 'n pepper,

hard and sinew turned into sweet and soft;

times change so does the taste -- it evolves. Right?

I hope you liked my different interpretations of Seasons. Thank you for reading my poems.
