Halloween on the Cul-de-Sac

Halloween is never the same on the cul-de-sac when the decorations are destroyed. Three neighbors have three very different reactions. Read on and enjoy.

The story was written was part of the Halloween Challenge : Extreme Halloween. The premise was to have a character who goes all out decorating for Halloween. Naturally, CIA gives everyone a special twist to use while creating their tale. My twist was to use a character like Spike, from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The character had to be blonde, with a widow's peak and sarcastic with a heart of gold.
