This fiction sequel to "About Carl" follows the story of Mark, Dan & Carl a few years later. It takes place in the same fictional Selkirk County of Eastern Ontario, Canada. Mark is caught up in a political scandal that puts a strain on his relationship with Dan, while Carl continues to complicate things.
Much of the story involves Mark's involvement in Canadian politics. For non-Canadian readers, the Prologue gives a brief civics lesson on Canadian government & politics to help explain some of the unfamiliar terms used in the story.
