Hotel Room 606

   (2 reviews)

It's a common belief that places can be haunted due to things that occurred there. This seems especially true for prisons, hospitals, and hotels. As I have done before, I thought it would be interesting to tell a story from a unique perspective; this time, a haunted hotel story, but from the hotel's most notorious room's perspective. So, once again, this is an anthropomorphic story. We'll get to experience some of the nasty things that happened in room 606 of the fictional Memphis-Mississippi Hotel. We will experience what the room witnesses. Witnesses, or is the room itself an active participant?

This is a great story to read during the Halloween season, especially if you like imaginative and innovative paranormal stories with lots of horror and healthy touch of humor as well.  How do you combine horror with humor, you ask?  Only the warped and wonderful mind of Lee Wilson could come up with the answer to that question, so read this story, if you dare, because you might experience a replay once you go to bed after reading it.    👻 👻  Muhahaha!   👻 👻

Response from the author:

Gotta watch out for those bedtime replays, for sure.

We've all heard the expression if these walls could talk, or I'd love to be a fly on the wall in that room.

Told from the point of view of the room itself, @Lee Wilson lays all the worst parts of the human condition bare. When necessary, the Room moves from observer to directly leading certain events to ensure that some type of justice is served.

Not for the faint, deals with heavy subject matter that some might find offensive. But the author handles those situations with touches of humor/humour that makes the pill a bit easier to swallow. Highly recommend for horror fans and anyone who likes a twisted story about a Room that has seen/scene it all and uses it judiciously to punish the guilty.

Response from the author:

Thanks for the great review!
