"Seventeen years! Seventeen long, confused, and all together messed up years. That would be the best way that I could describe the journey that has been my life up until my seventeenth birthday." For Brett Moore, turning 17 isn't a happy time. He's trying to come to terms with the fact he'd much rather be with his girlfriend's twin brother. Accepting himself, and coming out seem a long way off, until of course its done for him.

The taking of childhood innocence, a macabre poem.

“SHIT! How am I going to get out of this? How in hell did this happen? Oh God he’s getting nearer!” panicked thoughts flew through Jason Barnette’s mind as he ran for what he felt was his life. His feet pounding the concrete paving beneath him, he felt no tiredness, no pain, void of all feeling except the white-hot sickness that creeps through your body causing your veins to turn icy in fear. All he knew at that moment was that turning down the dead end alley had been a mistake.
