    Alex, inexperienced and tired of being sick and weak, accepts the invitation of his mysterious benefactors. The moment he arrives in New Orleans, he feels that something at the ancient guest house, Maison Noir, has been waiting for him. On Halloween, he meets Jacques, and their bond is immediate. Together, they uncover a startling truth: Ancient forces have awaited their arrival for centuries. Facing expectations thrust upon them and their own demons, they must fight to balance powers that threaten not only them but the boundary between life and death itself.

    Lucas is serious about Lifting. However, he notices some strange things are going on at his gym. Guys show unnatural gains and there‘s a group of twinks acting rather suspiciously. Soon, the twinks make Lucas an offer he can‘t refuse…

    This short story is based on a reader’s comment on chapter 3 of my „Shadow‘s Reach (Halloween Noir)“ story, where he thought about „hungry bottoms“ and if the action in my story could possibly be vampiric in nature. It wasn’t, but it got me thinking … So that‘s what this story (5 or 6 chapters) is about. All chapters will be coming out within a week or two.
