This is another one of those words that I like. But I never understood obstreperous to include being aggressively snoopy. ;)

Thanks for explaining this word which appears several time (describing the main character) in one of my favorite (non-GA) series. The Mercy Thompson books by Patricia Briggs. They also feature a gay werewolf (who is awesome).
