Don't believe the hype.  If that was the case, I would have had 3 dozen oysters delivered every day.  Now, I just eat oyster crackers.

There's really only one way to eat oysters. Most times the sides are lemon juice and horseradish, and you basically swallow them. It takes a little courage the first time, but they are delicious.
