A colander can also be used to rinse vegetables. and colanders can be stainless steel or plastic.

Every kitchen needs at least one colander. I've got several because different sizes are useful.

I don't like plastic colander, they melt to easily.

Last year I found a new use of one :unsure: My urologist wanted me to do all my peeing into one in case I expelled a kidney store before he operated.
