I realize this idea may seem just a tad far fetched, some might even go so far as to use the word 'revolutionary' but...couldn't you have just replaced the tire with your spare? lol....actually, that was my plan. But after I told the old man what happened, I was promptly chewed out and instructed, in his exact words, "leave the f**king thing alone until I see what the hell you did!"

Given his less than jovial mood this morning, I thought it best not to rile him up anymore than I already had.

Thanks Francios......actually, it won't be too bad. The good thing is that I didn't do any damage under the car to the joints and suspension and crap like that.

I've never really had any fights with curbs, but I was in a pretty bad accident last October...I still get a bit panicky when I'm in a car on the highway. I think the only way to really become a safe and smart driver is through making mistakes and getting scared half to death from time to time...glad to hear that you weren't in any physical danger, man.
