Halloween

I find it mildly amusing that we have a holiday where a one night a year bunch of cute children wander around and take candy from strangers. The rest of the year, you aren't supposed to do that.

 

I've been impressed thus far with how amazingly polite all these kids have been. I guess society isn't totally sliding into the toilet...

I had about 4 kids so far, which is 4 more than last year

and they were polite and seem shy to say trick or treats

but were cute

 

and it one time of the year that i see two little one, about 8 and 9. a girl dress in

a tux and tie

and the boy dress in drag

 

if they dress like this any other time of the year they would be made

fun of, or worse

Hmmm... we had 85 kids tonight.

(we prepared 100 bags of candy and had 15 left)

 

I sure wish I was a teen boy again. lol

 

I saw lots of Spidermen boys tonight

Yeah, I read somewhere that the spidey costume was the highest seller leading up to the 31st, which is why it was mentioned in my story
