He's a ventriloquist, I usally don't go for Ventriloquist comedians but it isn't to bad in imo. He also does regular stand up bits, and he has a great part about what is and what isn't a dog

Some time I recomend looking up Lewis Black up and George Carlin has a great bit about 7 dirty words you cannot say on tv.
