Aleric Posted May 10, 2005 Posted May 10, 2005 "I'd like to do something with children", I said. I had been out of a job for quite a while now: a nervous break-down. I used to be a computer programmer, but after a break of 10 years I could forget about getting a job in my old profession. The lady behind the desk of the labour exchange looked at me but before she could say anything, I added, "White children." And she closed her mouth again. I was white myself and after having lived in a black ghetto for nearly 8 years now, I could all but admit that my affinity with little negroes was absent. "Make that, white BOYS." "You'd, like to do something with... white boys...", the lady behind the desk said. It wasn't a question. She looked over the edge of her glasses and then asked, "with blond hair and blue eyes?" I was pleased she was assigned to me, we seemed to immediately understand eachother. "Oh, yes please!" I smiled. She picked up the phone and started a soft conversation with someone, every now and then throwing glances in my direction. I couldn't hear what she was talking about but I felt confident. Finally, she put down the phone. Well, I'm pleased we can offer you a job Mr.Al, there is a vacancy for the job of masseur of the famous actor Harry Eden. You can start tomorrow.

Aleric Posted May 15, 2005 Author Posted May 15, 2005 Was that a dream? It's okay, I've been there before... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Heh, no, no dream I'd call it 'Art'. Comprising a lot of emotions, from shocking till 'happy' into a very short 'story'. There is a LOT in this story, and a lot that might make people think. I suppose my main objective is just to stirr in peoples minds and make them confused. Unfortunately, seeing the number of reactions, I think I've succeeded too well. Hopefully people don't confuse art/stories with real life. Hmm, I'll post another one in a minute... If I can make up one that is. Hopefull I'll get more reactions then Aleric
