If you have any recipe you want to share, post your favourite one(s) here! :P hehehe. Yep.

So here's one of my personal favorites:

CHICAGO-STYLE PIZZA

I personally didn't write the recipe, but you can find it on this website: http://www.pizzamaking.com/dkm_chicago.php

Here are some of my favorite cuisines: Italian, French, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian and 'Americanized' Cuisines. :D

Cheers :D

Italian, Chinese and Indian. They do the thing for me. Even in India, there are like a hundred cuisines in itself. ;)

I chose Chinese. I know it's really Chinese American, but it is damn good stuff. I love crab rangoons, fried rice, sweet 'n sour chicken, honey chicken, and all the other yummy stuff. Italian and Mexican are next on the list. :)

French obviously !

unfortunately, the pool asks for just one answer.

I have too many "kitchenbooks" to choose among them the recipe I would like to bring here. Maybe somebody will ask one ?

BTW, Swiss cuisine (raclette, fondue, papet vaudois among others) is forgotten on the list :( . But anyway, I prefer french cuisine :P .

Pick something for dinner for me that, from start to finish, only takes an hour or less. I like to use fresh veggies, I'd prefer either chicken or seafood over beef, and I've got a fairly well stocked kitchen when it comes to herbs and spices. I also don't like to have to do a lot of fancy prep work. And the less pots and pans involved, the better. :D

Bagna Calda (~Italian Fondue)

1/2 pound butter (2 sticks- REAL butter)

6-8 cloves of garlic

6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 oz. can of boneless anchovies

optional: salt, Parmesan cheese.

Heat butter, olive oil, red pepper and crush black pepper in a skillet over low heat.

Add garlic and anchovies and mash into a paste with a fork until tender. Season with salt or Parmesan cheese to taste.

Use: dip vegetables, bread sticks, scallops, shrimp and cubed steak or as a side dressing for antipasto

Can be used as a sauce for pasta (add more Parmesan cheese). Add steamed broccoli chunks to pasta/noodles and top with Bagna Cauda for a wonderful side dish.
