  1. Since I'm here, I'm going to bring this thread back in the similar way that the TV networks are bringing back their shows for reboots Let me start here, taking a picture with a rugby player (I'm on the left) in Austin (yes, I live in Austin now)
  2. I actually agree with Xander, it's too difficult to say who is the greatest QB of all time. And I'm a stats guy, so I don't want to delve into stats just to say "ah! ____ is the greatest QB of all time". For example, Brett Favre's "Ironman streak" is still yet to be broken (297 consecutive starts) made him one of the all-time greats at the position (I didn't say Top 5 ) in a similar vein as Cal Ripken Jr's in MLB. If you want to count SB rings, then Brady is that guy to be the greatest NFL QB of all time (5 SB rings) but if you want to include pre-Super Bowl periods, did you know he actually tied Bart Starr for the most NFL championships (Starr won 3 NFL championships then 2 Super Bowl titles) in the history of American football. So like I said, it's difficult to see and say "ah! we have the greatest QB of all time" but it's easier to say that there would be one for each era as it comes.
  3. Since the school I was interning closed due to nasty weather, I can watch the NHL trading deadline all day today till it closes at 5 pm, any hot deals do you think will happen today that could ultimately decide who has the best chance to win the Stanley Cup?!
  4. Even if I'm not a new member, I'm back in GA after a long time being off and on, just saying hello to the new fresh meat and just saying hello to the old friends...
  5. I'm probably the only American here who is still living in the United States, but I loved to watch soccer, cricket, rugby union, rally racing, Australian Rules Football, and the other international sports I do, I watch it. I am still a football fan (Packers) and a hockey fan (Les Habs!!! - Montreal Canadiens), but it is more interesting if you have that kind of opportunity to get to see what's out there instead of staying in the United States and watch boring sports like NASCAR anyway
  6. Krista, I'm talking about the general opinions, not only Hayden And don't forget, Jason Collins still have a year or two left to play basketball before he retires for good.
  7. Sorry to resurrect this topic up, but do your opinions change now, especially after the comings out of Jason Collins, Brittney Griner, and when Robbie Rogers became the first openly gay player to play a professional sport in North America?
  8. Let's revive this one up... Here it is:
  9. Ehh... Montreal lost 2-1, but it's a good match... Michel Therrien is back where he should be... back with the Canadiens Also, I watched the opening ceremony... I have to say that it's a battle between Lars Eller, the Dane, and Alex Galchenyuk, the rookie, for the hottest Hab! What a handsome face... I think I will like having him on our team hopefully for a long time! and he can speak Russian, Italian, and English fluently
  10. I can safely say this... I will attend an NHL game this Thursday!!! just bought my ticket to see Montreal Canadiens plays Washington Capitals at Verizon Center... six rows away from center ice!
  11. Boo Buffalo Teams (including Toronto Bills ) It's about time! Montreal for the 25th time!!!
  12. :Vic2: Happy Birthday Krista!!!! :Vic2:
  13. Well MJ, I respectfully disagree on Houston in the playoffs, I believe that they can go deep in the playoffs with healthy players compared to last year where they resorted to using the third-year quarterback which surprised us all in the playoffs. As you see, I'm a Packers fan, yes Aaron is cute but I'm more realistic in football, just I'm not angry and calls for McCarthy to be fired every time we lose a game
  14. iPhone 4... that's it
  15. I'm willing to help out too if you want anyway
  16. Yeah, I still don't know much about the LMJHQ, but if I have to pick... it would be the newest team - Sherbrooke Phoenix. And also Sherbrooke is the closest team currently to where I live in VT/NH, only 3 1/2 hours way by car.
  17. All kidding asides, I concur that it is a good idea to do that and the Predators' appearance at a young game is a fine example. How can we support the success of hockey without the foundations of a grassroots? I concur that I haven't watched a college hockey game or a junior league game in person for like 5 years, and I don't know any colleges/universities who played hockey here in DC or a junior league game too. Yes, I admit that when I was in Montreal for Spring Break, I always wanted to see a LHJMQ game, but I never got a opportunity to see the future stars play in Montreal. Oh well. Again, it is a good idea and like Mark Arbour say, it will help encourage and/or inspire the young men to keep going and knowing the support behind them, they can reach the top.
  18. I knew Roan... he was a cool and nice guy, sending me the gifts even if I don't want to... I knew about this a few weeks ago, so... I was hoping to see his face on a webcam or something like that on Xmas Day, but I guess it won't happen... he called me "Grizz" because I joked to him that I was like a bear... grizzly when I'm mad but when I was nice, I was a teddy bear... I told him that I will do something a tribute to him, like wearing his favorite number, which was "5". Not only that, but he is the only reason I want to visit Australia... to meet him and hang out, talk about cricket and Aussie Rules, and he kept me alive and motivated even if I was through a personal crisis sometimes, and he told me to hold my chin up and keep hoping that I will find the right guy. So... Colt, good bye, thank you for being there, We will see you in heaven when it's our times
  19. I think March 2011 in Montreal for a week (Spring Break)
  20. For me... West Germany (Yes, I was born there three months before the reunification of Germany) USA (10-15 states) Canada (Quebec) Costa Rica Greece Turkey (Kusadasi) On the bucket list: Australia, Spain (Barcelona), England (the Ashes, of course), Russia, Austria (Vienna) and Switzerland.
  21. I know I look older than 22 years old
  22. To be honest, it's not much preference for hair, but if I have to make a choice, I like blond hair with blue/green eyes
  23. Yeah, Colt (Roan) already told me that he bestowed the title of Honorary Aussie on me and Daz also told me that I am half-Aussie because I play cricket, helping out with volunteering for coaching a deaf high school rugby team, and play Australian Rules Football
  24. First picture is me holding the key to my first ever apartment in my life... and I got a jackass roommate Second... Before I went off to start my internship, I played Australian Rules Football with Baltimore-Washington DC Eagles and they have a metro league consists of three teams (Northern Virginia Hams which I am on, Arlington/DC Generals, and Baltimore Bohgans). The reason why the pic was taken because it's my first-ever game I played in
  25. Especially the epic series with Montreal Canadiens
