As I'm typing this I'm considering that fact that perhaps that other story forum is probably better for this but I'm going to post it here instead. I feel its more commonly used by us. *us being the collective gelatinous lump that is the GA Community innocent.gif*

Anyway, Alex Sanchez, I've loved his Rainbow Series, If you haven't read them, do so. But I was wondering if anyone has read one of his later releases, The God Box, It piques my interest, and I was considering ordering it online?

I trust you guys so I figure your insights might be more reliable.

Don't know where abouts you live but all his books are available in my local library, and if you are not on the far north coast of NSW, you can order them through Borders who are normally pretty fast and relatively cheap. Haven't read the Rainbow series are they any good??

I'm the border of Vic and NSW I can't find his stuff anywhere. Yeah my local library has the first of the Rainbow Trilogy but thats about it. I'll probably just go to Hares and Hyenas in Melbourne and get it there. Yeah they're fantastic. My favourite book series...Not including my Clive Barker obsession.

In case it's been a while since you were last at Hares and Hyenas, I thought I should mention that they moved about a year or two ago. They moved from Prahan to Fitzroy. :) I haven't been to their new store (the old one was walking distance from the office where I work).

Yeah I looked em up G-man. Lol. I'd walk all over Melbourne if I needed to. I must have his books lol. Thanks though I'll be heading down early July, taking some Melbournian friends with me to get there.

I loved this book.

I thought it was funny when the main charactor Paul has this thing were he thinks about the boys in his class like he does about his girlfriend he snaps his rubber band on his wrist. It's awesome when Manuel comes around, he's openly gay and paul just can't help but to think about him.

Out of much arguments from Manuels perceptive of the bible and pauls version manuel steps up to the plate and goes to a church group meeting were he explains his version.

Cliff more i say a bully gets his views out that he's a homophobe and after a disastoruos action he takes against manuel paul no longer hides his feelings gets guts and kisses manuel.

It's a sweet book and you won't be dissapointed :2thumbs:
