[Jian Sierra] Beyond

Ok this maybe a bit sappy but I believe everything that I put here.

 

This is dedicated to all of you as a sorry for what i did earlier. I was just having some issues, but it's all taken care of now. Most of all, this is dedicated to that special someone who 'bullied' me into writing this. Seriously, though, that 'someone' made me realize that I like doing this hehe. So this is dedicated to you, you know who you are

Far across the horizon

There lies a place

Which is far beyond the reach

Of even our imagination

A place immortalized in a song as

'Somewhere over the rainbow'

I'd like to go there sometime

Someday

One day

Maybe

 

In the bleakest of days

When everything seems to go wrong

There comes a moment

The most sudden of moments

A point in time

Brief though it maybe

That an answer to all your worries

Presents itself right before your eyes

But then it flies away

Beyond your reach

Too bad

If only

 

That's life for you

It can be cruel at times

But you know what I think?

I like it just the way it is

Because there's always something

To look forward to

There are a lot beyond our grasp

But it makes waking up everyday meaningful

Maybe just maybe

Today is the day I go further than beyond

Perhaps

Perhaps not

A lot of possibilities

Coupled with impossibilities

All that matters is

I try

I had no problem at all with *flow* while reading "Beyond".

 

After all, isn't this what keeps most of us rising every day and putting one foot in front of the other? That, in and of itself, beats the HELL out of the alternatives.

 

Sure! People get down on themselves! But the trick is to not STAY down there. Even if you miss an opportunity or two, let it go! Look around the NEXT corner!

 

I believe that you HAVE looked beyond, Jian, and I am so happy for you. *hugs*
