I'm just curious, is being gay not technically legal in Singapore?

This wiki page seem to suggest this even though the law is not enforced?

I know Singapore is a very developed country with some controversial human right record... ?

I wouldn't say that it's illegal. They do have gay bars in Singapore. If you don't do anything that will invite public annoyance than it's ok. As for the controversial human rights I got nothing to say...
