That's why Aaron(TLS) wanted to bring Rory over to Seth's house. Aaron (TLS) still hangs around Seth because they still mess around a bit. When Aaron(TLS) was privately speaking to Seth, he clued Seth in on his plan to seduce Rory and offered Seth a little action too. That's why Seth put some cologne on, he wanted in on the action.

 

Seth was waiting for Aaron(TLS) to 'complete the sale' before he jumped in to help. After Rory dropped the glass and left, plans changed. Aaron(TLS) ran back in to tell Seth 'No dice, I'm going to work Rory a little more, maybe we'll have a 3-way another time. Go have fun with Angela.'
