Need help finding a book

I read a book on nifty and never finished it because I got too busy to read. I forgot the title, but remember the general story. A kid gets bullied at school because his penis has a condition where it stays erect 24/7. He meets some adult and they figure out all he needs is a dick in his ass (that's original) and his erection goes away. That's about all I can remember, but I might add more later. Are you sure it was Nifty? I seem to remember something along similar lines from one of the Smashwords/Romance freebies (I passed it by, even though I remember it being for free.)
