Was there a recent behind scenes update with stories section?

Starting this week... I don't see all story titles while scrolling. They are there, but screen reader losing focus. I just know link is there. Reloading and going back a page often gives temp fix... Was something done within 5 days, or so?

ios devices running 10.3.3, same screen Reader Apple Voice Over. Running Safari.

There was a minor update to stories on Sunday.  But it shouldn't have done anything with titles.

I'll ask someone with apple stuff to look into it.
