A message of sorrow for my American friends

I just wanted to mark this day with my sorrow and condolences regarding the attacks on the beautiful state of New York, and America as a whole. I grew up listening to Blondie, and Heart of Glass is my all time favourite song which proudly shows the engineering genius of the World trade Centre every time I listen to it (which is probably too often).

This event hurt us in the UK too as we are your closest allies and friends. I'm sure other UK members and guests will agree and we mourn with you.

This message overall was to say I miss seeing the Towers and I wanted to mark the 20 year anniversary of what happened on that terrible day 20 years ago. So much life lost and two amazing buildings gone.

My sympathies to y'all Americans. However Freedom Tower looks amazing and goes to show hate and terror will never win!
