Embedded Video Glitch

In my latest story, I embedded a video at the end that just won't work right for me. It comes out looking like this:

Am I doing something wrong? I usually don't have a problem with this.

I did have some fun creating an AI image/avatar of my 13-year-old self. It is a lot cuter than I was, and needed an extra forty pounds, but I couldn't seem to make the AI understand.

I'm not sure why, but when I tried to embed this video, it came with a snip of code that never did work right. I replaced the YouTube video with different version of the same song, and it worked just fine.

So, I fixed it, but the how's and why's are vague.
