Moderation Queue Issue

Hello,

I submitted a story for approval, it has been about two days, but I haven’t received any notifications about the status.
Currently, it seems I am unable to send private messages, so I am asking here instead.
I may have accidentally updated the story (apologies, I’m not entirely familiar with the interface yet), so I would like to ask if there are any issues.

 Every change resubmits to the queue. Also, there is no response time guaranteed, all administration are volunteers and will getto it when they can. Have some patience.

The only reason I am posting this request for help is, and I quote directly:

Typically the moderation queue is checked once per day. If you have waited longer than 24 hours since you posted your new story or chapter, please check your personal messages (envelope in the upper right corner) to see if you have a message from site staff regarding your content. If you don't have anything there, please PM Cia. 

I updated my story and have been waiting for 48 hours again, but I haven’t received any personal messages, and I’m unable to send a private message to Cia.
I don’t mean to rush anyone; I’m simply following the guidelines provided in the FAQ.

Yes, that says PM Cia... Send me a private message (that's a link). Since moderation is private, I don't post it in the Help forums, which is also why I added the reply I did here and didn't explain more. This is more for placing technical questions or big issues if why something isn't working correctly.
