    No. Country music reminds me of ugly, fat rednecks in shitkickers with beat up pickups that have 15 inch lifts and confederate flag stickers in the back window (despite the fact that they live about a thousand miles north of the Mason/Dixon line).

    I asked my dad (who was a nuclear artillery Army officer in the '80s) how they dealt with gay people back then. He told me that since his unit dealt with nuclear arms and highly sensitive information, being gay was simply out of the question. They looked at being gay as a liability and more susceptible to possible black mail. When your dealing with something as sensitive as small nuclear arms, you can't have people who are "more susceptible" to black mail, or so their line of thought went back then. On the other hand, he told me that they had a guy in their unit they all knew was gay, but everyone kept it from the upper echelons because they all liked and respected him, and he kept his private life to himself.

    Hahahahaha. Actually most of the Jersey Shore douchbags are from New York. The problem with New Jersey is that it has no real identity of its own. North Jersey is overshadowed by New York City across the Hudson, and South Jersey is overshadowed by Philadelphia across the Delaware. Theres also a lot of North vs. South rivalry. I go to school with a lot of kids from South Jersey and they absolutely despise the walking stereotypes from North Jersey that seem to embrace the whole Jersey Shore crap.

    I don't know about their law school, but Villanova overall is definitely not a "lower tier" school. Its a pretty good and competitive school. Also, the guy is not really attractive. As Yang Bang said, his torso is really awkwardly shaped.

    My favorite sport to do is skiing by far. I learned when I was 4 and its been my winter past time ever since. My favorite sport to watch is hockey. Nothing beats the fast paced, physical play that is hockey. Football (American) is a close second. I also like watching or playing lacrosse, soccer, rugby, Formula 1 and IndyCar, baseball, swimming/diving, and gymnastics.

    Thats actually been the reason for my last several trips down there. It may not be as big as KOP, but it certainly has a lot and the ability to save on taxes when making big purchases makes it better then KOP. Also, I think the drive south on 95 is easier then having to go up on 476 and then over through all the mall and business traffic on 76.

    Yeah, the way they routed the Christiana Mall exit off I-95 around the construction zone is just plain bizarre. Not to mention confusing and very cramped. I have made numerous wrong turns at the mall, especially leaving to go back north.

    But at least you get a good (if not far away) view of Manhattan. I read somewhere that PA has some of the most poorly maintained roads in the country.

    Are there any roads, highways, or interstates that you hate to drive on for whatever reason? Say for heavy traffic, poor maintenance, aggressive drivers, etc? For me, the Cross Bronx Express (stretch of I-95) in New York City is my most hated stretch of road. No matter what day or time of day, its always packed with cars. And if you are planning on driving through during the day, plan on spending an hour and a half just to go a couple miles to the George Washington. Unfortunately for me, I constantly have to drive through New York to get from school in Philadelphia to home back in New England. It sucks and I dread it every time.

    Just curious, do any of you have second favorite teams? If you do, why are they your second favorite? Mine is the LA Kings because their AHL team, the Manchester Monarchs, are the team that really got me into hockey before I ever set foot at a Bruins game at the Garden. Its fun going to their games (for $10) and seeing the future NHL stars play.

    In case you've been living under a rock and haven't heard of them, Imagine Dragons is one of the best new bands to come out of the woodwork in recent years. It was actually my favorite local radio station (Philly 104.5) that led to them getting big because it was their first air time in a major East Coast market. Their newest single, "Ready, Aim, Fire" was featured in Iron Man 3. I posted a few of what I think are their best songs below.     I'm not against lowering the BAC limit in theory, but I think in practice it won't solve anything. People are still going to get behind a wheel and drive impaired, regardless of whether its .08 or .05. It will absolutely lead to more arrests, but will it stop drunk driving? I doubt it. And its another form of control by the government that does no measurable good to solve a serious problem.

    Just finished: The Vatican Conspiracies, by James McCarty Currently: Beyond the Shadows, by Brent Weeks (Last book in the Night Angel trilogy). Next up: Cauldron, by Larry Bond (the only all-out war novel by him I haven't read yet).
