It would be virtually impossible for the two characters (Billy & Brett) from the first two stories to not have had sex 16 months later. It would be impossible enough for any two middle schoolers who discovered a mutual interest, but these two were on a specific trajectory. Without an intervening event (discovered by friends or parents, one moves away, etc), it stretches credulity.

When Will was 14 his maturity was that of a 12 year old and he isn't progressing. He is like every rich, over-indulged kid I've ever known and in an emotional state of arrested development where they don't develop beyond the concept of self. As I said in the review, I really hate that the adults at Escorial enable the drug and alcohol habits of the youth. It is one thing to be a teen and do sex, drugs and rock 'n roll behind your parents back, but quite another when the parents enable it.

Fuck Will. He is still a self centered little cunt. He isn't Maddy's father or JJ's. The FAA might be on the scene, but the NTSB probably would not be and they are the ones who'd be investigating. The "Go Team" probably hasn't even packed yet. Buzz was fine as a minor character and there was nothing wrong with what he was doing. No one in this website wants to be judged for their sexual choices, but wants to judge everyone else. In a crash situation Stef probably has no idea Will was notified, nor would Brad necessarily. Things are very fluid the first few hours.

Pared down feelings of the 90's? The 90's were the roaring 20's all over again. The excesses (Tyco, Enron, Adelphia, Qwest, Global Crossings/WorldCom, etc) happened in the 90's. The Dot.com explosion was in the 90's. It wasn't until the recession of 2001 and the market collapse following 9-11 that a lot of these things were exposed. The convictions happened in the 2000's, but the crimes occurred in the 90's.

No offense, but CA isn't an itty bitty state like DL. CA is a water polo state, s swimming state, a rodeo state, a snowboarding state, a mountain bike state and on and on and on. The state is huge and diverse there is no pigeon holing it in any one category. I will say that it isn't like areas like Philadelphia or Buffalo or Green Bay where people get wrapped around the axle over pro-sports teams in general.

Why would you feel bad for St. Louis? They stole the franchise from the Los Angeles area. The Rams were not actually in Los Angeles when they left, they were in Orange County and under control of the much hated Georgia Irwin Geiger Johnson Hayes Wyler Rosenbloom Frontiere (yes, Carroll Rosenbloom, the owner of the LA Rams was her SIXTH husband). Georgia was booed so vociferously at Rams games she stopped attending. The Rams were much beloved and very successful under Rosenbloom and mostly under his son Steve, who was running the team at the time of the elder Rosenbloom suspicious drowning. (Cubans, the Mob, CIA and gambling interests are the ones blamed in the better conspiracy theories). The first thing mommie dearest did was fire Carroll's son Steve and take over the business she had never had any involvement in. So no, no one in LA was sorry to see them leave.

JJ was molested by an older man (well not old compared to Arbour of course ), but will JJ fall for Buzz? Where do Will and Zach go from here? Is football waning in Zach's interest? He doesn't seem to have the same drive he once did to be an NFL player. I would preemptively strike Elizabeth with maybe some of her shady financial dealings, backstory whisperings about how she imprisoned Nana and arranged her own daughter's assault. There is a lot of intrigue that could go on.
