Hi Dave68! First, thank you for reading my story, especially since I am your second author to read from here. I do hope you enjoy your time here on GA. I'll try to reply to the comments where I can still give input. I know you've finished the story so replying ambiguously about what will happen in it won't help anymore. Hehe. Thanks Torontotop. I certainly agree that there are a lot of possibilities where this story can go from here which is why I'm keeping myself open to writing a sequel. It's not just top priority right now as I'm working on other stories at the moment. Cheers for reading the story and writing a review.

Thanks Lucasc18! I can't promise a sequel yet as other projects are currently keeping me occupied. Three stories are currently bouncing around in my head, all begging to get written.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure a lot knew he wasn't dead especially when I replied in some people stating he was talking to one of the other characters in the very last chapter. Hehehe. I'm glad you liked the comedy. It was my primary driving force in writing this - despite what some of the chapters may suggest! Hehehe. I posted a reply on the cans in a post here: http://www.gayauthors.org/forums/topic/31901-charlie/page__view__findpost__p__337036 Some other stories are currently eating up my creative juices at the moment. Although they may not contain Derek or Charlie in them, I hope you do enjoy them nonetheless.

Thanks Lisa! I'm glad you found much laughter despite some of the sad moments in this story. I'm glad you've stood by it for this long and am pleased each time to read your detailed reviews. I hope you didn't get suspicious glares this time though chanting "Charlie! Charlie!" in a room full of mothers. It will take way more than a month for a sequel to develop. I don't have any details yet for that but if it ever did happen, I think a lot of interesting things could happen while he lived over there in California.

Thanks ShyGarcia! I wanted to make the story as complete as possible whether or not a sequel would eventually be written. There were quite a few things brought up here that paved the way for a possible sequel but only time will tell now.

If I ever do write a Book Number Two, I'm certain it won't just focus on their romance. I do still have quite a few things up my sleeve that I didn't get to use in this story. Yes, I liked how it was Charlie who initiated it in the ending. It seems it wasn't just Derek who went through a lot of changes throughout the story. Is it weird that I make comments like this about my own story? Haha. Adamagika: Edge of Darkness is not yet on the slate for writing. However, I am currently working on something related to that series involving characters you have met in the first book and will meet again in the second.
