  1. Lugh: Hell no I need all the time to get ready Thanks Lugh Arl: Thank you - Kingdom: Never nosey, they are posted for folks to read - and you are welcome anytime Chase: Only if you don't charge a royality Soup: Thanks Soup - remember not to eat the baby food - the pasta is for stalkers only
  2. Kevin - not sure I will ever write from Jordan's perspective - maybe but not likely - the idea was after this is over to do a short, maybe 4 - 5 chapter short story about the trial of Jordan, and it's out come. I have a rough idea ho wthat would go, but to give more would require I give away the ending - suffice it to say there will a point where Jason summarizes Jordan's attitude - chapter 41 I believe, I just finished editing it. So there will be a hint of what he is thinking. Thanks for reading.Andy
  3. As bad as things are for Max, I feel worse for Josh. It is one thing to be forced out - like Max, but the struggle to come out, to leave your comfort zone, can be worse. Toss in that it's more than just coming out, it's that he wants to come out to Max AND tell him how much he loves him, and it's a shock he didn't revert back into his shell. The ending was perfect.

    Decisions

Some how I missed Chapter 3 and went to Chapter 4 and it wasn't until Chapter 5 I finally figured out I missed something Nice chapter - I am a bit surprise Tom actually attacked Max, because if Frank's assessment was true that he wouldn't attack someone as strong as Max, gay or not you wouldn't expect him to attack alone - sounds like Tom is a bully who is also afraid to get hurt so he only fights when he is sure he can win. But I do so love the - what's worse getting your ass kicked or getting it kicked by a queer. I'd say it was the latter
  5. Chapter 30 is up - Darryl and Dean take Jason out to play pool to forget about things - only problem is the police get involve - Here's the link: Chapter 30: A Nght Out To Forget
  6. Big Stick Billiards had its usual Friday night crowd, meaning it was busy. They were surprised when their wait for a table was less than thirty minutes. Being under twenty-one, all three were given green wrist bands that told bar tenders they could not buy alcohol. Jason watched his brother fiddling with the plastic around his wrist. "If you take it off Dean, they'll kick you out." "So close." Dean left it alone with only a small frown. Contrary to Dean's prediction, he only took on
  7. That about some this up. Your vision for this is amazing, more than that, your ability to get me to see River, Silver, the coffee, kitchen, the shower etc, it's stunning. The sadness Silver evokes is a bit painful - you want to grab him, hold him and tell him he is safe. I do not envy River trying to keep his sanity around Silver. Such a pleasure to read. Thanks my dear.
  8. Matt, For sheer 'aw how f'ing cute is that' [because we can't see your face so we have to take your word it is you ] I wish I had points left today - I am going come back tomorrow just for this. Then for the fact K of P was my old stomping ground - worked in that mall when I was in HS - lo those many many many etc years ago - I'd give you more, but they won't allow it I see you are putting your snow day to good use LOL. Andy
  9. Okay, I am going to steal a feather from your cap and review EVERY chapter - sue me if you don't like the trade mark infringement - be a fair fight at least - lawyer vs lawyer Okay - first I am mad - mad I didn't start to read this before - this is really good. Your dialogue is amazing - light, witty, flirty, slight mysterious - even the paragraphs of narrative are captivating - no i am not saying that to avoid a suit - this is just Chapter 1 and I am hooked. I will hold off on my question for a few chapters, why waste my precious brain cells when I might need to them to fend off a ferocious law suit from across the pond .
  10. Three things, 1) Thanks - I can't believe you take the time to review every chapter - I try and run out of things to say 2) No comments on Peter's condition - if he survives. 3) I would be more surprised if you said anything could hold you back. You have more energy and drive than anyone I know - no lie. You are prolific, gods I am so envious Thanks Nephy for being - well - you
  11. I've said enough about how personal 28 was for me, so I will leave it at that
  12. Well, kinda??? I mean I could have had Jason run into the street to the sound of screeching tires but THAT would be mean. Then again, I could put a dirty bomb in the hospital and had everyone seconds from death - another good cliffy, but instead I went for mild - guess there goes my shot at Queen of Cliffhangers - oh well I don't look good in Pink Taffeta - ask Rowan and Astrin - I looked smashing in House Rafael colors
  13. Well you know when it rains it pours. Things were good for a while for the boys, sadly this happened.
  14. No oops, it is something of a glitch they are working on - the entire story disappeared when you added a chapter, that isn't supposed to happen, but they are aware of it. Now all we need to do it get you out of Peer Review. Keep posting so we can give you points - it won't take much - especially if all your readers help out - HINT HINT Everyone reading.
  15. Mike: I think I corrected this, you should be able to see it now. Cia: See above, Nephy set me right - I almost said straight, got caught up in the baby moment. Right now, I'm not gonna sweat the due date til there is one LOL. I figure between his uber planning and my let's just see how it goes, we will do as we always do - manage fine As for Mike catching the babies - Shiiiitttttt - he's gonna be out cold long before me. LOL. Nephy: Thanks - I definitely know I am more excited/expectant now, than the previous attempts - I just hope all the well wishes for 3 or more aren't omens of things to come, one is enough, two we can manage - three? gulp, especially if they are 3 boys. Anyta: Haha, I think you can subscribe by going to the blog, not the post and hit 'like' just as you would a favorite author or story - I think. And since you are moving this way, you might be one of the very few who get to see the babies in person - photographs for posting require
  16. There is no error with the link, the chapter is waiting approval - he can see but until the Moderators approve it, we can't access it. Give a little time and it will work.
  17. Thanks Trebs, I hate to jinx us but my gut says this time it worked. I suppose as excited as I feel now ain't nothing compared to what it will be like when it's confirmed or when we get ready to go pick up the baby. Pictures galore will follow LOL.
  18. Amelia: They implanted two - the two in the picture. We wanted more - but the doctor said this was the optimal number given the quality and development of the embryos - something about more increased the risk of triplets and that increased the risk of miscarriage and/on premature birth etc. We still have about a 40% chance of twins, though I suspect the % is higher based on a number of factors but I am just looking for one, healthy happy child - That's always been and still is the goal. Frosty: Thanks - Woo Hoo is perfect Method: Appreciate the vote of confidence. To be honest, Mike is really going to be the force behind our being good parents. He is always researching and reading things to make sure we do things right. Mine is far more a seat of my pants, wing it kinda of approach. I mean I would/will take parenting classes, but I would just do what everyone has done for ages, either ask the parents or just do what seems right. His approach is probably better. Phantom: Sextuplets??? Please don't jinx us LOL. Although, if we do have more than twins, I swear i am going to sell us to a reality show - if John and Kate can be on TV surely two gay dads with Triplets or more is worthy of a show - right?
  19. Mike, look to the right, it is the 'random image' shown on the right hand column. Right now there are no other photo's in the gallery so that is what appears, like i said it ain't much to see - it's a 5 day old embryo - well two actually
  20. I haven't decided how to deal with Jordan and his friends, by that I mean I know what happens to them, but my plan was to end this well before the trial. Otherwise I would need to write about another year in their lives because that is about how long it would take for his case to go to trial. [i worked in PA in the criminal courts so I can say that with some certainty.] Right now I am thinking of either an epilogue or perhaps a short, stand alone story of the trial - not the full trial but I have a firm idea of some of the witnesses, - Jason and Jordan for sure - but lest I give too much away - I will leave it at that. As for Royce, no I don't think he thinks he did anything wrong. He was trying to strike a balance between wife and son - yes it was difficult on Jason, and he only added to the pressure, but at his core, he never abandoned Jason. And right now there isn't time for a heart to heart between the two for Jason to explain his feelings etc. So no, I don't see that happening. Thanks for your comments, as you can see they got me thinking
  21. Corvus: Thanks - as I mention in the latest entry, when they actually did the retrieve it was up to 22, but we ended up with 18 embryos - which is pretty kick ass I am told Lugh: Uncle Lugh?? Sure that works but if you want to see the Niece(s) Nephew(s) or both, you gotta come out of hiding
  22. OMG, I missed these last three entries - 5!?!?!? are you trying to kill me?? Honestly if my choices are zero or 5 I will take the five any day and twice on Sunday Thanks for the well wishes.
  23. Sorry, just a reminder, it seems the system does not record "+" or "-" on the main entry, only for replies. So to those who were kind enough to rep the last entries, save your points - but still comment if you like, I very much enjoy the responses .
  24. OMG- that is the best way to describe how I feel, I don't think I was ever this sure it was going to work as I am today. The emails from the Dr. were just shy of gushing. Not to say he didn't do this all the time, cause I don't know what he tells others, but this was the most excited he has been since we've been working with him. To recap, the egg donation went much better than expected. Where normal would be 10-12 we got 22. Of those 20 were mature and 18 were fertilized [No I don't know why all 20 were not but 18 was a lot so whose complaining.] Of the 18 - 11 were optimal by 9 am this morning - a phenomenal number according to the Dr. By 5 pm when they did the implantation, there were 14 that were optimal - even more phenomenal I suppose. The Dr. called us and was rather excited, said this was about as perfect as it could go medically. Not to say it had to result in a pregnancy but there was nothing more they could do to ensure a success - my worry isn't we get pregnant now, it's that we end up with - as Shane called it - a brood. I put an image of the embryos in my gallery - hopefully its not too weird, if it is tell me and I will take it down. I was just bouncing when they sent it. yeah it is way too early to get this excited, but I am practicing I guess. 2 week until it is confirmed they are still there and growing. Geez, this is freaking me out, I am bouncing around - and I haven't had pie and coffee yet - I might not get to sleep. Anyway, hopefully this is the real beginning and 39 weeks from now, I will be meeting my son or daughter or both - Then some one needs to catch me in case I fain. t

    Fears

N.O. Okay so I am going to be lazy but as the first to review - or the first in the new GA Stories, I think I get a modicum of slack for reviewing chapters 1 & 2 together. First, you know I like your work, so let me just toss that out first. I think you do one of the best jobs of switching perspectives AND keeping each of them in character. Changing from Max to Josh and back isn't so hard, until you try to keep their personalities separate, which you do a great job. Yeah i know this is your 'baby' the one you love the most, so I am late getting to the party, but I consider I saved the best for last Andy
