    HEY! You're just peeved because I followed your example and went for the extra mile. Additionally, I treated your gift respectfully even if he never got the chance to have cookies with Mum. Besides it's not really a present if the receiver has to return it.

    It's been cold and damp here most of the day. It started with sleet around 10am lasting about 2hrs. Then there was a break before a cold rain started about 3:30. It never got above 36/2° which despite it being climatologically the coldest part of winter is well below the average high temp. of 50/10°. Despite a migraine I made homemade scallop chowder. It was the perfect thing for dinner. Blessed be y'all.
