Vincent was slipped an old style flip-phone by Stephan with his encounter on the rooftop. Way back when. Unless I've had a memory problem, the EC did not give him a emergency contact phone. He was given contact info for his current smartphone by that EC beta dude. Anyway, this tells me that Vincent is getting ready to contact Stephan for the final battle. I think he will be stopped by Mason, because let's face it... Vinny is not ready yet. So... I was right in that Shaw was not the mole. I was wrong in that there is a mole. And it's someone Shaw knew. Wonder what that partial letter was? Did it survive the fire? Have we meet this person? So many questions, so few answers at this point.
