    Chapter 8

Way back when, I took R&R to Bangkok for a week. Didn't stay there (we weren't supposed to leave the city). The driver I hired took me to his home and helped me "discover" all those places around the city that tourists never saw. It was wonderful!

    Chapter 6

While Ben really looked and was intrigued by that painting, he hasn't put that together in his logical mind. What surprises me is that you remembered!

    Chapter 4

Did you have a straight face on when you typed that? Hmm? Lima Beans! Still love 'em. Spread your nutella on a prebaked pizza shell. Top it with sliced bananas and sprinkled with mini-marshmallows. Send it to a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Yum!!! I had forgotten about Ben showing up so soon... No wonder my fingers slipped on that cliff in my chapter 3 response! Now you may be the author, but claiming someone who can see not only the auras but the animal form of shifters? Sorry, Ben simply can't be "just human." No matter how many times you say it.

    Chapter 3

I had totally forgotten about this particular cliff... Luckily, I don't have to hang around too looooooonnnnnnnnngggggggg..........

    Chapter 2

Ah yes! The backstory. I can remember thinking that Sebastian needs to take a trip to Idaho most skosh. Bonner's Ferry is a small town. A mere 2500 people, but very picturesque... The people there are extremely homophobic. At least they were the last time I ventured up that way.

    Chapter 1

Same here! I don't think I read the comments until I was several chapters in... Heck! I can't remember if I even replied to any of them! Guess I'll find out as I go through them, this time around. ... Well, as long as I can stay away from the Korner Krew.

    Chapter 1

The biggest problem I see is that there are still a few teachers, that are tenured, that are like that. Because of tenure and the various teachers unions, they are difficult to be rid of. That said, I found the teachers actions (of which I disapprove) integral to the story.

    Prologue

This will be my second read-through... And I'm just as excited now as I was the first time through!

    Chapter 1

As well, any teacher that intentionally embarrasses their student(s) in front of the entire class should also be banned. These are the type of teachers we had back in the 1950's and 1960's. They were the type that you ended up hating to go to school. Made no difference if they were down on you or someone else. Anyway, it will be nice to read this story again... It has been several years since I read. @Ronyx thanks, for bringing this to GA. Al
  10. Given what Seth/Phillip went through, abdicating was really the only option, once Samuel was found. Good conclusion and several moral object lessons for the fairy tale! Bravo!
  11. Hah! For once I was right!!
  12. hmm, could one fairy hide something from another fairy?
  13. LOL! I loving this tale!
  14. SMH... King Mordor, huh? Lukus Caine = Lucas Caine, an 11 minute noir thriller set in Texas?
  15. I'll state the obvious... The Thorne's are the evil ones. Daddy Thorne knew. Now he will do everything he can to find Samuel and destroy him and his family. Thereby putting the Kingdom back in jeopardy.
  16. I need to get to the castle's library! The birthmark obviously means something to Erik.
  17. I don't know why, but this chapter had a song running through my poor addled brain. I've been searching for my dream A hundred times today, I build them up, you knock them down Like they were made of clay. Then the tide rushes in And washes my castles away. Then I'm really not so sure Which side of the bed I should lay. I should lay! Just seems to fit, before the hunt and the ball.
  18. I've always loved a good fairy tale. This one's off to a rollicking start!

    Chapter 40

    What's Dateline?
  20. I believe Vinny is ready. I think it will all come down to tactics.
  21. Stories, like this one, where hope exists and reconciliation can happen, always brings a tear to my eyes. Sadly, Real Life® does not always have happy endings. Many times we have to make our own happy endings.
  22. So, have we all forgotten about the divine affinity? Stefan hasn't.
  23. I am not at all bothered or worried about my own so-called "reputation." I am secure in and of myself. That it helps an author, would be a consideration, however.
  24. That always happens when you are the teacher and the taught. At least, that has been my experience.
  25. Late last night (early this morning?), I told myself I was going to skip all the comments and read through to the end... Then you had the Thanksgiving day chapter. I nearly then. There is a lot to say about family and families, how important they are... But you folks said most of what I wanted to say. So I pushed on! Now we have the wedding chapter. Wonderful. Endearing. Emotionally satisfying. Thanks Aaron!
