I've been expecting Valentine to do something but I never expected he would go this far. Poor Glory. Drugged, and used as worse than a prostitute from the sounds of it. I do hope finally Sar is going to get it right. I also hope you let us see just how powerful Sar is when he delivers the boom to Valentine. Some people or in this case Vampires can't be saved.

Amazing how one man or vampire can do everything so right and yet so wrong. This has to be fixed and settled soon.

Ever feel like you are so far behind you might never catch up? I get that way occasionally. I mean, well, it seems my life is going on without me and now I have to try to play a part in it. I don't know if that makes sense. Anyway, I got a lot accomplished today. Chapter 27 is in the hands of my beta and editor. I'm working on 28 and nearly done. I guess you can say I am not the world's most patient person so I published Red ahead of time. That only leaves one more chapter. With the way I am feeling it will probably be published on Thursday. I am sort of screwed up on November Birthdays at the moment. I had ordered tickets for a Patti Page performance in Patchogue on November 5th. I was just notified the concert has been cancelled so there went my gift for my father for his birthday. I have no idea what I am going to get him now. I've finished my shopping for other friends who have birthdays next month. In fact tomorrow I plan to wrap them all up and then I just have to wait till we get closer to that time to mail them all. If I don't seal the boxes up I know I will continue to shop and that can get to be expensive to ship. Oh I also found a now belated birthday gift for a friend from here. I hate when i find things out last minute and have to scramble but I think this will do nicely. Tomorrow I plan to write out some post cards, bills, and just finish up the odds and ends I hadn't touched yet. Hate being behind. Oh well, enjoy all.

Thanks KC. It seems certain people occupy particular seasons or events. Sometimes it really is the smell of something that brings that person clearly to mind. My mother will always be roses, the color and sweet smell of them. My Grandmother Ruth will always be oatmeal raisin cookies. Doesn't always make sense but it is how it happens.

Might I suggest castrating Valentine. It seems every time there is a major blow up in the house (other than misunderstandings between the bonded Sar and Glory) Valentine is at the heart of it. Really want someone to stake that boy.

Okay so I didn't know Vampires bonded. I would have expected it in the Were part of Glory. However the bonded seems to have started with Sar and it is affecting both of them. If this keeps up I wonder if it won't kill both of them. They come together, fall apart, and attack like savages. I think both feel an attraction but neither is in love with the other yet. Nephy you do some cruel things to your cat.

Christ the pull and push between these two is incredible. You knew it was going to be a case of kiss me or kill me. Who knew it would be Glory to lose it first. Can't wait to see what happens next. Good thing I don't have to wait. lol

Poor Rover. I feel so bad for him. I am surprised at how much Glory is already attached to Sar though. Hmm. going to be interesting.

So Glory is teenager who hasn't grown up. No surprise there. The kid has been living on his own and trusts no one. He isn't use to having to deal with others so he isn't sure how to stand up for himself. Valentine needs to be punished, most cruelly. Great chapter.

I write for myself. Sometimes it is simply because I can't find the type of stories I want to read. Sometimes because I just have these wild ideas in my head that if I don't get down will drive me up the wall. I have had pieces I've written published before. However, I am never going to get rich off it. I don't see people flocking to my writing like they do Neil Giamen or JK Rowlings. I'm just happy that there seem to be a few people on this site who enjoy what my demented little mind can cook up.

Why are we discussing May events in October?

I liked the whole thing Renee. Great story here. Would have liked to know at the end if the guys trying to kill Trace were from that case he was worried about. Hope you decide to pick this up and give us a second chapter to let us know what happened to these two characters. You breathed a great deal of life into them and would like to see a bit more of them.

Valentine is a bitch. No wonder they were all so willing to name him so. Glory seems to have stepped in it this time. Wonder what Sar will say when he finally returns home.
