Wow.... now I'm nervous! LOL New Chapter "Birthday Surprise" is now posted: Pour Me Another I can't thank you guys enough for being so understanding. Your support is what kept me going. Asher raced down the steps two at a time. He hadn’t expected his mother to show up just moments before he walked out the door for work. Lilly’s arms had been loaded down with birthday gifts and cupcakes. There was no way Asher would ever turned his mother away, but now he was running late for work. This is some great advice for new writers that want to experiment with new worlds. I love to see writers stretch their imagination but if they are going to make something so out-of-this-world, they better have a good reason why. Like I tell my kid... "Just because, isn't a good enough answer!" Rules can be broken, but in world building you have explain why they broke. AND it must be consistent. I once saw an author who wrote in the realm of magic so every problem was instantly solved...**poof**...just because! Nope, I don't buy that!!! If that's the case, he could have waved magic wand in the beginning and ended the story -

OMG, I can’t believe it’s been over 6 months since I posted the last chapter! I feel so bad about the huge delay. It wouldn’t surprise me if some readers have given up on me and I wouldn’t blame them one bit, because that is a very long time to be waiting. :D Well, the wait is over!!!! :D I feel great, I’m 100% healed, and I’m back to writing…a lot!! I’ve finished Pour Me Another ((with the exception of some final edits and polishing, it’s done.)) I didn’t want to start posting again and have any other interruptions, so I wanted to wait until it was completely done. Due to changes in my work schedule, Wednesdays work better for posting. Look for chapter 26 on Wed. May 7th. Do you want a sneak peek??? Let me know
