But it is a good size read, but not too large. It has something to do with two teenage boys and werewolves. I must say that the DNS transfer was quite fast also, I noticed the change not at all. I was on this afternoon and came back this evening and here we are! One thing to keep in mind folks, Nifty has 100,000's people reading the stories, we have 440 members. I think that if you could track how many read each story and then how many actually responded to the authors, it would be very depressing.

Patrick, I can understand that you do not want to post names, but I am curious how many people you are talking about? Now guys, if you have a gripe let someone know about it. It can not be fixed or helped without someone being informed that there is a problem. As far as feedback goes, that is totally out of our hands. That is up to the indivual readers. Lack of feedback cannot be blamed on a site.

Hmmmph! You know when you first started taling about doing this sequel this very idea did cross my mind. Patrick, I have been on the road most of this week and have not had time to do much reading. I will check out your story tomorrow and let you know what I think. I have put up a couple of stories in my time and while I am not a great writer, I am fair. If you are expecting hundreds of responses, you will be greatly dissapointed. The first story I ever put up I only had two replies about it. A year later I had several folks asking me if I was ever going to finish it. So hang in there guy and keep working on it. Dark, this is very dark. I normally do not enjoy this type of story, however you are doing a great job with this. You wonder at the end of this chapter wheather the last part was a dream or real. I suppose the orther chapters will answer that question though. You are doing a excellent job here and I am waiting for the rest. Mike

That particular disscussion does make for a little light reading. It is interesting finding a link to us from there however and it even looks like we gained at least one reader from it, if not more

I guess everyone is entitled to their opionons, but my God, what fruit cakes! I am curious Dan what story was he referring to?? Green! I think that yours is someone just trying to get you angry or as Umbathri says a quirky way or praise. Then again it could be a gaybasher and then "Why in the hell are they reading in the first place? You do need to be verycareful with your emails though, many like to send virus and trojan files. Be sure can keep up to date on your virus protection and spyware. Also be careful how much personal information you give out. Mike

Well to be honest, I am not sure what I think at this point. The story is well written, you have done an excellent job with that. If you continue this story then I am really interested, and you have my undivided attention. If you end it like this, then I will feel let down. Now that is just my personal feelings on this. I do hate reading short stories that end like this. But as I said you have done a great job with it. It is well wrote and you grabbed my attention right from the begining and kept it. I really would like to see more of it. Mike

Dom, I think that is a wonderful idea! A nifty for young readers. I know that we have several authors that could be very good at writing these type stories. Oh my think of the possiblites,,......maybe even a "Hardy Boys" fanfic.....hehehe By the way that was not poking fun, I really enjoyed the "Hardy Boys" when I was a kid. I think that this is worth thinking about. Anymore input here guys?????

Hey I am back!!!! Sorry that I have not been posting much latley, but I have had quite a bit on my mind. I have been going through several medical tests (that hit you have to go through when you get to the big 50). It did not start out too well and called for several more tests including the dreaded colon camera, and then a cat scan, and a few more. They really had me nerous there for a while, large mass in the stomach, spots on the liver, and a few more little items. The mass turned out to be scar tissue from a prior operation..........ALL RIGHT!!......and the CAT Scan showed my liver to be......PERFECT.........thank GOD with the drinking I have done the last few years. My only problem now is .................My age and the standard things that go with that I really hope that you all have had a wonderful season and enjoyed it immensely. Hugs Mike

Yes well said! But there is always a however. Cosie, I really hate the idead that you are leaving, but I do hope to see a story pop up once in a while from you. I would be estatic if there was one a year, even one each two years! But on the other hand, even if when you complete this year there is never a onther one published, I still will thank you for all that you have done this far. You know, some of the best stories I have found recently have been in the beggining section at Nifty. Not long ago, Comise asked us about the hook, or the grabbing idea of a story. Well this one really is different, it hooks you right away and keeps your attraction, at least it sure does mine. The story is wrote by "DS Elliot" and he has done a wonderfull job. I hope that it continues for many more chapters. After the first couple of chapers he ends each one as it could be the complete story. He has done an excellent job with this. This is one that you each need to check out for yourselves. When I first met Mike Good read folks, worth at least five books
