I much like you, spent a long time just watching. Then one day I felt I had to comment on something, so I took the plunge and joined. It was one of my better decisions and have never looked back since. Don't sell yourself short, but I do agree that joining here was a good move. Welcome aboard, join in on the action. We will try not to disappoint you. My best to you. Take care sandrewn

I started this one at 11:56 so technically I didn't miss your BD. I have enjoyed your stories, admired your tattoos and envy your craftsmanship. I trust that you had a good day at the art show and hope that you had a Happy Birthday (today now yesterday). If the party is winding down, it has been a long day. If you are still going strong, good luck and party hardy. To all that has been said, let me add... My wish to you Mann Ramblings Happy Birthday!!! Best wishes Take care sandrewn

Congratulations! You started that day as a couple residing in a house. Then the world as you knew it forever changed! Now you are a family; a mom, a dad with a new baby son(Hi baby J). The house where you lived is now by magic, the family home, where a lifetime of memories is set to start. The never ending story has well and truly begun! Wishing you all long life, health, peace and happiness sandrewn

Their odyssey is over. The team and coach are out. Now only the support staff to safely get back up and the rejoicing can begin. Remembering the sad loss of former Thai navy seal Saman Kunan, who gave his all to make this a happy ending, he will not be forgotten and his memory honored. Almost over now, sandrewn

I posted this on my page, but for the millions who never go there I had to post it here also: Thai cave rescue mission: third operation under way to free last four boys and coach – live (It started over 2 hours ago) (1) Thai cave rescue mission resumes with eight boys and coach still trapped – live | World news | The Guardian I don't want jinx anything, but, YAY!! Now it is the waiting game. I've crossed everything I am physically able to, have positive waves and vibes going out on auto send. With all our hopes streaming out to them and a little prayer to boot, good news is all but assured. One way or another the end is drawing near. With faith sandrewn

Congratulations, a published Author, Hooray!!! I am so darn happy for you. I now have a second reason to get a credit card. I first have to get Palantirs' two books, then yours. I don't do kindle, so paperback is my choice. I agree that you chose a good cover for it. Again, congratulations, well done my friend. sandrewn

I have been following this story from the start. To be honest I had about given up for a happy ending. Thankfully many others never did. Having found them alive and well, is the best news possible. Now the challenge will be to get them out of there. The world will now be watching. "We will remember Them" Anzac Day 25 April The Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) was a First World War army corps of the Mediterranean Expeditionary Force. It was formed in Egypt in December 1914, and operated during the Battle of Gallipoli. General William Birdwood commanded the corps, which comprised troops from the First Australian Imperial Force and 1st New Zealand Expeditionary Force. The corps disbanded in 1916, following the Allied evacuation of the Gallipoli peninsula and the formation of I ANZAC Corps and II ANZAC Corps. The Corps was reestablished, briefly, in the Second World War during the Battle of Greece in 1941. ~~~ Soldier, Rest! Thy Warfare O'Er, - Poem by Sir Walter Scott Soldier, rest! thy warfare o'er, Sleep the sleep that knows not breaking: Dream of battled fields no more, Days of danger, nights of waking. In our isle's enchanted hall, Hands unseen thy couch are strewing, Fairy strains of music fall, Every sense in slumber dewing. Soldier, rest! thy warfare o'er, Dream of fighting fields no more: Sleep the sleep that knows not breaking, Morn of toil, nor night of waking. No rude sound shall reach thine ear, Armour's clang, or war-steed champing, Trump nor pibroch summon here Mustering clan, or squadron tramping. Yet the lark's shrill fife may come At the day-break from the fallow, And the bittern sound his drum, Booming from the sedgy shallow. Ruder sounds shall none be near, Guards nor warders challenge here, Here's no war-steed's neigh and champing, Shouting clans or squadrons stamping. Huntsman, rest! thy chase is done, While our slumbrous spells assail ye, Dream not, with the rising sun, Bugles here shall sound reveillé. Sleep! the deer is in his den; Sleep! thy hounds are by thee lying; Sleep! nor dream in yonder glen, How thy gallant steed lay dying. Huntsman, rest; thy chase is done, Think not of the rising sun, For at dawning to assail ye, Here no bugles sound reveillé. *** Remembrance war song. Played on remembrance Day. - YouTube Lest we forget sandrewn I'd rather be one day early, than one day late. (this video is for New Zealanders and Australians)
