a bag of crabs is not nearly as fun to deal with as a bag of rabbits. they can be tasty and their skins are useful. crabs are less easy

You're dealing with all sorts of issues, and there are stories on GA that aren't explicitly centered around LGBTQ characters. especially since they're teens, it's not exactly the point of the thing. go on, share it with us here.

tea, supper and dinner are all different meals where we come from. Dinner - a meal eaten around 7-9pm, things like lasagna, roast, stews, stirfrys. Hot food. Supper - a meal eaten informally at some point between 9pm and bed time, usually involves cheese, fruit, alcohol. not usually eaten hot. Tea - a fairly formal meal eaten around 3.30-5pm, usually with tea (the drink) bread and butter, boiled eggs and sometimes cake. Generally you will have one of these meals only per day, but on a day where you forget to eat lunch you might then have both tea and supper.

on the other hand, as a person with the means to make such drastic and permanent changes to a person, the tattoo artists i know consider themselves to have an ethical code, like surgeons or doctors. you give a person a tattoo and they regret it and bad mouth you, you might to lose out on customers. also, i think your friends tattoo is cool, and i don' think it would fall into the same category as the sort of "random-meme-XD" as the sorts of things he refuses. having a zombie and 'graaaaaaaains...' sounds like it was planned, well thought out, has a meaning behind it. while i was getting my shoulder done (on a break for tea and biscuits) a girl showed up with a picture on her phone and wanted a tattoo saying 'love' on her wrist. she'd just found a picture of someone elses tat online and wanted the same thing for no thought out reason. he pretty much flat out refused her, telling her to go and have a proper think about it. i think if you have the power to change someone's body, then you are partly responsible for those changes. also, tattoo artists are artists... no artist would ever be forced to undertake a commission or a musician play a gig they thought was horrible/tacky/juvenile unless they needed the money, in which case it is a personal decision.

The rest of the week passed quickly. harrissa paste, opened last year. sauces like HP, if kept in jars and uncontaminated by other foods, basically don't go off. put it this way - all the ingredients which go into lee and perrins (Worcestershire sauce people) have all already been fermented for at least a year if not more and then the paste has to be left before the sauce is edible. anything with honey, sugar or vinegar as a main ingredient is good for years way after the sell by.

my tattooist had a wonderful way of explaining to people to come to him about fad tattoos and the like. "CASH ONLY" and when people ask why, the reply goes like this: You cannot decide after a day or a week that you do not like the tattoo, come back and get a refund. therefore you must pay in a way which means you cannot get a refund. he, like most good tattoo artists, will not do a tattoo he considers frivolous, silly, or wanted entirely for comedic purposes.

some gay people do ask strangers for sex...so do a lot of straight people, bi people etc... this isn't even the most extreme example i've seen in recent months.

i'm going to start with: we have it lucky in England, so so so lucky compared to most of the rest of the world. as Never Surrender and Ieshwar said, most of the rest of the world isn't doing so well, and there are plenty of awful examples. and i come from and live near Brighton, one of the most gay friendly cities on the planet. and yet, two miles outside the centre of town there was a guy beat up for being gay. his attackers called him all sorts of things i won't repeat. i now live in the countryside say 15 miles out of town, and i know people who i could not tell about my sexuality, because not only would they not understand, but they would cease contact with me because of it. even in places where we are lucky to be accepted, not everyone is accepting. when, if and how someone wants to come out, that can only ever be a personal choice. you could live in the most amazing and accepting place on earth, but if you have no support network, it might still suck.

and yet i would say a lot of this information is a bit pointless. only 7% of people can name the first four US presidents in order? I can't even name you the most recent US presidents, or the four first UK presidents. does this make me dumb? no. does it impact on my daily life? no. Can i make a meal and work out it's nutritional properties and match complimentary LBV proteins for a full range of amino acids? Yes. some information is way more useful/interesting than other bits. i can also describe the history of modern raising agents and how it is that the US speaks English instead of Dutch and why Cinnamon is so important in that. knowing exact dates and names of people long dead seems much less important somehow...

Degan is definitely more influential on Kurt than Dick and Barbara are. Jene is in her early twenties, so you you can naturally preclude that if Degan had kids young, and his kids had kids young, than he is in his early sixties. wolves don't age like humans do (like dogs they stay in their prime for years and then become old and weak all very fast), so he'd appear younger, and be generally stronger.
